Lily Fowler, M.S., LPC-Associate

Lily Fowler

My name is Lily Fowler (They/Them), I received my Masters in Mental Health Clinical Counseling at Tarleton State University. I am an LPC-Associate (license # 95248) and have been seeing clients for the last year. I reside in Fort Worth with my wife and our 2 fur babies. Some of my interests include music, cooking, herbal medicine, and knitting.

As a member of the LGBTQ+ and disabled communities, I am passionate about working with marginalized populations. I practice from a trauma-informed, multicultural lens utilizing Emotionally Focused Therapy to explore unprocessed emotions that allow clients to work through the root of their struggles. I believe that the ultimate goal of therapy is GROWTH. I strive to have an open, flexible, and collaborative relationship with ALL my clients. I aspire to assist my clients in identifying and achieving their own definition of personal success to one day be their own counselor. I have experience working with LGBTQ+ Issues, Disability/Chronic Illness, ADHD, Autism, Anxiety/Depression, Suicidality, Crisis, Abuse, as well as Grief and Loss. I offer telehealth appointments via Phone or Zoom, as well as in person sessions one Saturday a month. I accept clients using insurance, as well as private pay.

Asking for help can be the hardest thing any of us will ever do, and I recognize the courage it takes just to consider going to counseling. You have already completed the 1st step, and I am so excited and honored to walk through this journey with you.
